How it started
Sam, a university student, made money with affiliate marketing (faceless texting videos) and then YouTube automation, where a friend suggested a tool to find short-form channels to run. With no coding background he dictated the idea to ChatGPT voice mode and pasted code into Notepad, then VS Code, then Cursor. He validated and grew it by silently screen-sharing the tool in a Discord community's voice chats, getting his first 400 users there.
