How it started
Rashid and his co-founders were early-stage founders who found finding investors painful, so they built a database to solve it for other founders, initially building the data manually. Noticing ~60 daily clicks in Google Analytics, he bet on SEO, hiring six content writers and launching free tools, which grew AngelMatch from $3K to $20K MRR alongside Meta ads. He then replicated the model with InvestorHunt and JournalistHunt (200,000 journalists for press coverage).
