How it started

Sebastian started in dropshipping and e-commerce, then grew a YouTube channel to nearly 1M subscribers, including a viral 'Lamborghini' clip. Feeling misaligned with his online persona, he stopped posting and set out to build a 'real' SaaS business without using his personal brand. It now has a team of 10+, with traffic from YouTube, short-form content and paid ads (60-65%), plus affiliates, ChatGPT, SEO and the App Store.
