How it started
Tomer was doing marketing for other businesses and found it boring; in March 2025 a podcast with Cal AI's founder inspired him to localize the proven idea for Israel. With only high-school coding experience, he built a working version with Cursor in about two weeks and launched in June 2025, starting at ~$1K in month one. Low Israeli CPMs let him run profitable paid ads based on viral US and local fitness content, plus influencer partnerships, growing to $81K/month.
