How it started

Roman, non-technical, studied psychology and sold alarm systems door to door for five summers. While job hunting, a friend described the scraper he built to find jobs posted directly on company websites, and they turned that process into a product hoping to make $1K each. Launched two years ago with a hard paywall, it grew through a content playbook of timeless and timely short-form content via creators, reaching 11.7M social views in 30 days.
