How it started

Blaine, Ramon and Justin left VC-backed startups to build for themselves. Blaine, co-host of DTCPod with Ramon, wanted AI to write podcast show notes. They built the product in two weeks to hit an AppSumo lifetime-deal launch that generated ~$350K and ~10,000 users, then grew to $120K MRR in about 9-10 months without VC funding.
