How it started
Charlie Chang couldn't find a job after college and cycled through side hustles (photography, clothing brand, marketing agency, real estate, mortgages). In 2020 his YouTube channel took off after a $750 AdSense day, so he began posting almost daily and studying storytelling-driven videos. He grew to six channels plus an overseas staffing company (Paired), relying heavily on offshore talent and repurposing long-form into shorts.
