CJ Zafir ran an MVP agency and challenged himself to build 12 startups in 12 months; 10 of 11 failed. He automated his own process of creating technical docs for AI coding tools with prompt sequences in Make.com, tweeted his Cursor workflow, and the viral tweet plus a Bolt landing page brought ~300 signups before any product existed. Launched Dec 24, it reached $42K MRR in about 3 months with no marketing spend.
