How it started
Brothers Jack and Nick Sweeney combined Jack's content background (a 20K-subscriber YouTube channel, then no-code web apps) with Nick's recovery from a career-ending skiing injury through breathwork. They validated ideas with content first, testing posts on X and scaling winners to Instagram, TikTok and YouTube; a viral 'Vortex breath' tweet sparked the app. They built the MVP with AI coding tools without writing code themselves and launched in February 2025.
