How it started
An Nayal started building Flame with his then-girlfriend (now wife), using the app on their own relationship. After nearly running out of cash, he spent two months developing the VSC framework for validating short-form growth on TikTok before scaling. Using a portfolio of 15-20 TikTok accounts and a spreadsheet tracking hooks and views (58M+ organic views), he grew the app from $3K to $10K MRR in under eight months.
