How it started
Umberto had zero mobile app experience but an existing yoga physical-products business and customer base. He validated the problem by interviewing customers without leading them, defined a minimum launchable product, and pre-launched Floga in May 2025 with a lifetime deal promoted through an email launch sequence. The launch generated about $117-120K in 24 hours, and early users' feedback shaped later features; it now runs on recurring subscriptions.
