How it started
Will tried dropshipping and selling followers at 16, then crypto/NFT projects after university, before freelance web design funded testing new startups. His 'lazy method' is to take a proven app category (fitness, looksmaxing), give it a fresh design with a clear viral feature that explains itself in one screenshot, and validate it through ads. Growth comes from TikTok-native paid ads (memes, talking-to-camera hooks) that he can run for months, keeping his time to a few hours a week.
