How it started
Erikas, a Lithuanian designer, started at a web agency for $2/hour, then freelanced and worked with Shopify clients. After seeing top Shopify app developers earn ~$300K/year on the Shopify Partners page, he picked an idea that was easy to build, broad-market and low-competition, and found a technical co-founder via a local developer Facebook group. Launched August 2022, they grew by manually onboarding clients and communities for free installs and reviews, spending almost nothing on marketing; ~90% profit margin.
