How it started
Mike, an Australian former Flash developer, ran and sold a digital advertising agency before returning to building products. His low-risk model: find ideas with proven demand but bad UX, form a team of four equal co-founders (front end, back end, designer, operator), grow to $10K MRR, then pay out profits. His playbook includes lifetime deals, never giving free accounts, selling in Reddit/Facebook groups, early SEO content and AppSumo launches.
