How it started
Jure Sotošek was a software engineer at Microsoft who later built Shopify stores for ecommerce brands. Buying a used car led to Rumr, a device plugged into the car's OBD2 port, which sold 6,000 units ($300K) last year mostly from 200M organic short-form views. He then built a real-time interview transcription/answer web app with ChatGPT in two weeks (ParakeetAI), co-founded Optibase, and launched an AI job-application agent; short-form organic content beat paid ads.
