How it started
Praneeth, a software engineer/UX designer from India, quit his $250K/year job to build his own apps. Frustrated by juggling ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity in separate tabs, he built a canvas-first AI interface. The first web version with a freemium subscription got little traction, so he pivoted to a desktop app with bring-your-own-API-keys and a one-time lifetime purchase, which made $80K in six months.
