How it started
Josef, an ex-freelance software engineer, and Timo met at a coworking space, both burnt out from building products nobody bought. Josef validated the idea first with a fake landing page on an already-indexed domain, an ElevenLabs-generated fake demo and a calendar link, collecting a $500 deposit before writing code. They grew via SEO (free tools, competitor-alternative articles) and long-form YouTube to $10K MRR.
