How it started

Marc Lou worked as a $10/hour waiter while spending a year on a failed 'Tinder for sports' app, then moved to South Korea and failed around 30 startups; COVID wiped out his first working app. He returned to entrepreneurship building in public and shipping fast, and packaged the reusable codebase he built in under a week as ShipFast. It made $3-4K on day one and ~$40K its first month, boosted by free-tool marketing and YouTube.
