How it started

Thomas Frank has blogged about productivity since 2010 and built a ~3M-subscriber YouTube channel but was burning out. In 2020 his Notion videos did well, so he started a niche channel, Thomas Frank Explains, teaching Notion. Creator's Companion launched at ~$3K/month, scaling to $15K/month in six months; Ultimate Brain did ~$90K in 30 days from an email launch to a 3,000-person waitlist, fed by free templates and tutorials.
