SaaS / Launch platform
Uneed
Launch platform (Product Hunt alternative) where makers showcase their tech products.
Revenue (self-reported)
$10K/month
How it started
Thomas Sanlis launched 30+ projects that failed (e.g. Gum Affiliates, Gridly, a bookmark manager), concluding projects fail from giving up early, unclear purpose, lost momentum, no marketing and bad timing. Uneed started as a simple directory of front-end tools that peaked at ~$200/month, then he pivoted it into a launch platform for tech products. Consistency and building in public grew it step by step to $10K/month.
