How it started
Rasty, an experienced founder, wanted a truly private place on his iPhone for sensitive documents and photos, without anything leaking to the cloud. He built Vaultaire in about three weeks, leaning heavily on AI coding tools like Claude and Codex. Instead of TikTok or paid ads, he grew it with an old-school approach: a steady stream of useful guides that rank in Google search, partly written with the help of AI agents. Within months the simple app was making around $41K per month, or $2K-3K per day.
