How it started

Vadim is 19 and had never shipped an app before this year. After working as a social media manager, he quit his marketing job in March to build apps full-time, without a technical background. He noticed huge demand for short clips from podcasts and streams and built Vugola entirely with AI, starting in Lovable and later moving to Claude and Codex with Supabase and Vercel. He grew it by shamelessly posting several Instagram videos a day modelled on proven formats, reaching $10K per month and 20K+ users about five months after starting.
