How it started
Abhishek previously built BotFlow, a no-code chatbot builder with ~200 users, and noticed most used it as a conversational-form alternative to Typeform, which had just raised prices. After researching pain points on Twitter, Reddit and Typeform's forum, he sold BotFlow and built a two-week MVP of YouForm in 2023. His 'find the gap' strategy plus a tool to convert Typeform URLs grew it to ~$11K MRR in two years.
